SEL assisted a contractor that specialises in the construction of bespoke houses to redevelop a plot of land overlooking a valley outside Bath. Due to planning restrictions the developer was required to retain three walls of the existing structure.
SEL were able to employ our versatile Slimshore System to ensure that the walls were laterally restrained throughout both the demolition and installation of the new structure incorporating three of the existing walls. SEL’s design team worked in partnership with the contractor to ensure that the proposed solution allowed both of these processes to be undertaken successfully.
