Reinforced Concrete Observatory, Somerset – Doka Frami Formwork and Temporary Works Design

A contractor constructing a reinforced concrete observatory base in Somerset required a bespoke formwork solution capable of achieving a complex octagonal geometry while maintaining dimensional accuracy, programme efficiency and safe installation on site.

The project incorporated a reinforced concrete base and associated RC stub walls arranged in a symmetrical octagonal layout.
