The Doka Eurex eco series is a premium, high-capacity adjustable steel floor prop. Certified to the strict EN 1065 standard, it provides heavy-duty vertical support capable of carrying up to 41.2kN and reaching heights of 5.5m.

Heavy-Duty Propping Applications

While traditional props lose significant capacity as they extend, Eurex props are engineered for major structural and commercial applications where high, consistent load-bearing is mandatory:

Slab and falsework support: Serving as the primary vertical support beneath Dokaflex and other heavy formwork systems while concrete cures.
Temporary reshoring: Transferring the load of freshly poured concrete slabs safely down through the structural floors below.
High-clearance structural support: Providing vertical shoring for tall, heavy loads where standard Acrow props would lack the necessary height or capacity.

Engineering and Safety Features

Eurex props are designed to mitigate the most common hazards of temporary works on site:

Consistent load capacity: Unlike older props, the Eurex 20 eco maintains at least 20kN (and the 30 eco at least 30kN) at any height in its extension range.
Anti-crush and drop-out protection: A built-in 10cm safety gap prevents the inner tube from crushing operators' hands when collapsed, while an integrated latch prevents the tube from accidentally sliding completely out.
Rapid striking under load: The specially designed thread geometry allows the prop collar to be released easily with a hammer blow, even when heavily loaded.
Precision adjustment: Numbered pegging holes allow site teams to set the prop to the exact height required by the Temporary Works Design before lifting it into place.
