We carry an extensive range of shuttering chemicals in 25 litre plastic containers, from mould oils through to concrete curing agents.
Mould Oils & Release Agents
Applied to the shutter face before the pour, a release agent stops concrete bonding to the form so panels strike cleanly without damage to the arris or the concrete face. Regular use also keeps ply and steel faces in good condition, which extends the life of panel systems such as Frami and manhole shutters.
Curing Agents
Spray-applied curing compounds seal the surface of freshly struck or finished concrete, retaining moisture so the slab or wall cures fully without early drying shrinkage. They are particularly useful on exposed pours where wet hessian or polythene curing is impractical.
