The Heavy Duty Modular Bracing System is our largest capacity hydraulic brace, capable of spanning up to 21.5m sheet-to-sheet. It is built for complex, large-scale groundwork — attenuation systems, deep basements, reinforced concrete structures, culverts, pump stations and large diameter wetwells where standard bracing simply will not reach.
Unique, pre-cambered beams enhance the clear span opening and minimise beam deflection when loaded. Fifteen leg configurations — built from combinations of 1.25m, 3.0m, 7.0m and 10.0m mechanical extensions alongside the hydraulic ram — cover sheet-to-sheet distances from 3.8m to 21.5m.
Double-acting hydraulic jacks combine with the range of fixed-length extensions and struts to enable quick installation and final removal.

Beam width: 495mm. For clear internal distances, subtract beam width from the sheet-to-sheet measurement. This does not allow for deflection.
